Permission to Practice June 17, 2020

Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont announced Phase 2 of Reopen Connecticut, allowing businesses offering personal services to resume operations June 17, 2020, including day spas, estheticians, waxing, massage therapy, nail technicians, and eyelash technicians. Establishments cannot exceed 50 percent capacity, services must be performed by appointment only, and waiting rooms must be closed. Any service that requires a client to remove a mask, including facials and beard trims, cannot be performed in Phase 2.
There Are No Guarantees

Even with the COVID-19 vaccine there is no way to be 100% protected against the virus. With that in mind, we are doing everything in our power to keep you healthy and safe. Below are some of the policies we have practiced since reopening on June 17th.
All those within the massage space are required to wear a mask at all times including massage therapists and clients.
All sheets, blankets and towels are removed and replaced between each session. A fresh uniform is worn for each client.
All surfaces and equipment used during the massage are cleaned and disinfected before and after each client. Additionally, all doorknobs and restroom handles are sanitized between visits.
Your massage therapist will wash their hands before and after each session with disinfectant soap.
